Tasks & responsibilities: • Setting up of a Treasury organization incl. frameworks guidelines and processes (11 legal entities globally). • Ensures functional responsibility is reflecting and supporting company’s overall business strategy and growth from a Treasury perspective. • Focusing on areas of activity with regard to Cash & Liquidity Management, Guarantee & Letter of Credit Management, FX-Risk Management, Funding and Customer Financing as well as maintain the banking relationship management on a global level and support local units. • Partner with CFO to manage capital structure of the company. • Drives governance, execution and control of core Treasury activities in an appropriate pragmatic and efficient way. • Lead and develops international (or internationally focused) team of Treasury professionals. • Defines guidance and strategic directions/outlook within the Treasury area. • Drives the collaboration between Treasury team and local/international internal stakeholders, external partners, as well as, Management. • Takes over responsibility on legal and statutory reporting purposes with regards to financial instruments. • Assist with P&L, Balance Sheet and prospectus from a Treasury perspective. • Supports Shareholder Controlling objectives for Treasury related activities. • Develop and maintain budget for Treasury activities. Qualifications & Experience: • At least 3 years experience in a similar role • Min. requirement of 10-15 years in the area of corporate treasury management with extensive experience in leading and developing a treasury organization • Experience in international company • Master’s degree in Finance or Economics or similar; Treasury related certificates are a plus Attributes & Skills • Strong treasury background, good analytical skills with the ability to take data and turn into meaningful reporting to Aspen Management • Knowledge in a common Treasury Management System is advantageous • Fluent in English (written and spoken) At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
