Customer Propositions and Customer Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Transactional Banking.  
 

Principal responsibilities

• Define and drive deposits business, core banking and retail payment strategies, deliver sustainable growth in revenue, balance and core banking customers
  
• Lead and influence the execution of new value proposition & strategic initiatives
  
• Responsible for leading and executing deposits business growth, transactional banking engagement initiatives to meet customers’ changing needs 
  
• Develop insight including use of market data to shape strategies on core banking relationship and payment
  
• Steer change and fine-tune processes to improve customer journey
  
• Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation

Requirements

• University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
  
• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in retail banking with strong knowledge on deposits business dynamics, payroll proposition, retail payment, customer journey development
  
• Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth, change leader with excellent influencing skills
  
• Strong experience developing solutions to meet customer needs
  
• Numerate individual, highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  
• Able to navigate conflicting priorities
  
• Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  
• Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential and prepare for the future of work
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with proficiency in both English and Chinese
