工作內容
To develop, monitor, review, co-ordinate and oversee the implementation of Supply chain management policies and procedures, optimize cost effectiveness and support achievements of company objectives
- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish procurement and logistics policies/ procedures and ensure the compliance for effective supply chain management. * Responsibility in the area of customer service, planning, inventory, distribution, warehouse, shipping, local regulatory compliance to maximize efficiency for the business. * Achieving service rates while minimizing costs expressed in terms of inventory ownership costs, production cost, procurement costs, physical distribution and administrative costs.* Ensure regulatory compliance across supply chain. Sound knowledge of local/international business relations, import/export procedures, customs and excise requirement and transportation network.
- Work closely with internal department and customers to meet customer requirements for on-time delivery as well as manage costs and administer product returns.
- Design and monitor the implementation of purchasing plan (including raw material, parts and equipment) according to the production requirements and ensure a smooth flow of materials to support productivity.
- Monitor inventory control for raw materials and finished goods by reviewing inventory and stock record; raise advice to production and sales/marketing personnel to realize cost effectiveness.
- Carry out risk analysis related to doing business with key suppliers. Safeguard important materials and services in the long term.
需求條件
- Bachelor degree with major in business related, master degree is preferred.
- Over 10 years related working experience in the TV industry and at least 5-6 years management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
