Your tasks:

  • Report to the CEO and take full responsibility to achieve the sales budget
  • Motivate the sales team and distributors to achieve the best results possible
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
  • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Optimize the sales structure / processes
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department
  • Work closely with marketing and product management to provide optimized information on the solutions
  • Preparation of quarterly sales reviews and forecasts

 

Your profile:

  • A relevant degree
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Previous experience to successfully manage sales teams
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • Team player
