• Have the overview and control of the rail shipment team and quality of the team performance.
• Remotely manage and lead team members in different site.
• Set up and continuously optimize SOP, ensure all SOP are implemented and followed correctly.
• Ensure the team service meet the agreement with clients.
• Take lead in case of irregularities and always satisfy clients.
• Set up KPI for team members and conduct monthly KPI review, coach and guide them to achieve KPI target.
• Seek for potential business opportunity from existing clients.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 10 years working experience in freight forwarding company, and at least 3 years in a director level position.
• Solid experience and knowledge in rail shipment, especially in China Railway Express.
• Approved successful experience in building and leading a 10-20 persons team.
• Has advanced management experience and strategy development and implementation capability.
• Has good personal ethics and professional ethics.
• Experience in remotely leading teams in different site is preferable.
• Good command of English, both in oral and writing.
• Can accept frequent domestic travelling.
