Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and conclude quality assurance agreements with suppliers
  • Define and implement all Quality Assurance activities within the warehouses across Asia/Pacific
  • Manage Supplier Complaints and Problem Solving process
  • Carry out the product release and approval process for purchased products (PPAP/APQP)
  • Plan, carry-out and follow-up Supplier Audits across Asia/Pacific
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis in case of non-conformities (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
  • Define and Implement Corrective Actions (Product, Process, KPIs, Audits)
  • Monitor supplier quality performance
  • Lead international and cross functional task forces in cases of TOP supplier complaints
  • Lead escalation management in case of TOP supplier complaints

Your Skills & Strengths

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or equal
  • 3~5 years' experience within Automotive Industry (Independent Aftermarket preferred), experience in Thermal Management is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in Quality Management Methods (IATF16949, 8D, RCA, etc.), have strong knowledge about Thermal Management products and production processes will be a plus
  • Good understanding of IT Tools (ERP, CAD, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases)Experience in managing teams required
  • Fluent in English, for both writing and speaking
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Team Player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, willingness to travel
