1、Assist the chairman of the board and the product leader of the overseas business unit to be responsible for the international product operation, and efficiently complete the business objectives of new recruitment, retention, conversion, etc.; as the reserve leader of the overseas business unit, be responsible for the operation of the ‘Sleep Brain’ product in the overseas operation work and business results;
2、Provide support to the chairman of the board of directors, complete daily overseas business operations, products, process sorting, product configuration, business negotiations, translation and other work;
3、Setting market objectives, task dismantling and implementation, resource deployment, and business decision-making. Sub-directions include localised content operation, user and community operation, market cooperation, regional product and commercialisation operation;
4、Participate in daily product operation department related work, output operation report and analysis according to user feedback, optimise products, etc.
5、Establish and maintain relationships with important demand parties, and enhance local brand reputation and industry influence through operational means and internal and external cooperation;
Position Requirements:
1, overseas study background (Europe and the United States, the United Kingdom, the National University of Singapore) graduates
2, 5 years of work experience, overseas work experience and C-end tool products experience is preferred; work can not be frequent job-hopping.
3、More than 3 years of management experience, mature leadership and management style;
4、High business acumen, strong judgement, business sense, able to think and solve problems systematically and deeply, big picture view to coordinate complex business;
5, high degree of work commitment, strong initiative, with the spirit of ownership, with strong cross-team communication skills;
6, adapt to multi-cultural working environment, have enthusiasm and faith in international business.
