Main Responsibilities：

? Based on understanding of spending patterns and behaviors of clients, create investment strategy to ensure competitive advantages in the market.

? Participate in setting up trading targets.

? Communicate with implement team to ensure clear understanding of expectations

? Work closely with team in analysing campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement

? Lead, coach and motivate team to perform with their best potentials

? Provide training and sharing of best practice to improve professional skills of investment team

? Develop monthly/quarterly investment tracking reports for management team to valid and adjust our investment efforts.

? Based on spending data, brainstorm with team for new trading products

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Driven desire and passion in leading
• 15 years of related operational experience
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of business challenges
• Excellent communications skills and can build trusts among different parties
• Demonstrated analytic and problem solving skills
• A leader with clear vision and lead by example
• Bilingual (Chinese and English) will be required
