Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sorting out and optimizing user experience of the whole process link
2. Responsible for all-round cooperation and promotion with BD and PM of Ant Platform
3. Realize a series of business promotion actions such as lead precipitation, secondary development and transformation, and take responsibility for the results
4. Communicate and cooperate with the technical department to continuously optimize the user experience process
5. Carry out online operation marketing activities with the target of drainage, transformation and other result indicators
6. On the premise of customer insight and customer demand, the product is constantly innovated and optimized
7. Link the insurance ecosystem and promote the business process of the entire Internet insurance platform.

1. Have experience in building Internet platform system from 0-1 in the past, and have successful cases.
2. Deeply engaged in the insurance industry, have a deep understanding of the insurance market and products.
3. Have a deep understanding of ant requirements and communication, and have worked in or served the ant insurance team
4. Have innovative spirit, have done some innovative things in the past, and have certain results
5. Start with the end, have business sense, have strategic thinking, and can personally do specific work
7. Thinking, logical, strong learning ability, strong self-drive, goal oriented
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, and large project management experience
8. Experience managing a team
9. Working language is English, Cantonese is preferred
