The Head of IT Operations and Connectivity is responsible for connectivity to deliver software upgrades remotely thereby eliminating the need for service technicians to deliver software upgrades via service calls. In addition, the executive leads all aspects of IT Operations on a global basis, the day-to-day Network Operations, Infrastructure, Information and Cyber Security, Digital Workplace and Data Analytics in support of Ultrasound’s operations.
