Job Description
Key responsibilities
Leads, manages and develops the HR and Administration team.
Develop and implement human resources strategies and budgeting according to the needs of the business.
Continuously plans and improves human resource management policies, procedures, process, and systems based on the business needs.
Perform all duties related to the annual HR calendar and taking timely action together with the Management Team to improve employee engagement.
Provides analysis and advice to Management Team for changes including culture, working environment, employee relations, teambuilding, leadership development, compensation and benefits, etc.
Maintains a harmonious labour relationship within the company to ensure company sustainable development.
On behalf of the company, maintains good working relationship with local government/other authorities.
Manage day-to-day company's administrative operations, including maintenance of the administration database and associated policies.
Monitor office access, security, functionality and the protection of company assets.
Ad hoc global projects.

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. This person enjoys solving problems, takes initiative and has a flair to drive change.
As a person you are independent, responsible and enjoy working in a high paced environment. Additionally, you are structured, organised and service minded with a focus on quality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum 8 years related experience, in a multinational and/or manufacturing environment preferred.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, verbal and written.
