Job Purpose/Role:

  • This position defines the strategic positioning of Audi China for its employer brand and hence plan and lead the HR marketing activities to increase the attractiveness
  • Further responsibilities are to review, design, develop and refine of company C&B policies and programs to increase their effectiveness and attractiveness
  • Additionally it is necessary to enrich and enhance the learning and development offerings of Audi China
  • To review Audi China HR systems, continuously enrich and improve the HR systems/data support are further responsibilities
  • Just as to build up effective internal communication channels to improve transparent information flow and employee's satisfaction
  • Finally it is important to lead and develop the HR System/CoE team in terms of performance management and competence development

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • More than 10 years HR related experience with HR team management experience
  • Wide HR horizen or in-depth exposure to topics as C&B, learning & development, recruitment and employer branding, HR System, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy and cooperation
  • Innovative and improvement
  • Leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Skilled in Office tools, i.e. Excel, Presentation, Project
  • HR system knowledge required, i.e. SAP, etc.
