Function Head of the Digital Services Business Segment in the Customer Services Business Unit in Portugal Manager with Full P&L responsibility reporting directly to the head of the Customer Service Business Unit in Portugal Leading a business and team responsible for: Implementing and maintaining Digital Service Projects involving connectivity, full stack development including Xcelerator Applications, data analytics through business intelligence, Data Science and Machine Learning; Implementing in Portugal the Digital Services strategy defined centrally; Providing services for internal and external customers. Leading a team of experts acting as a Digital Hub providing development and data services for HQ; As Product & Solution Security Officer, being responsible for actively driving product & solution cybersecurity, performing tasks such as: Acting as interface between technical staff and all relevant stakeholders such as executive management, project management, legal, finance or export control, advising on the best solution for any security issue. Coordinating and tracking of relevant standardization and regulation for product and solution security and required certifications of products, solutions, processes, or organizations within the business in line with Businesses. Driving the cybersecurity strategy, aligned with HQ; Technical skills: Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrotechnical Engineering. Areas of Telecommunications, Computing and/or Information Technologies. Experience with Databases (SQL, noSQL, others,) Experience with JAVA and C# programming languages Experience in the development of web tools (HTTP, HTML, Javascript) Experience in Linux and windows operating systems administration is valued Experience in R, Python, SPARK or AWS is valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English language. Experience of 3-5 years in IT, including team management function. Experience in project management Experience applying audit methods and tools; Experience Implementing tests IT security technologies for standard applications; Experience Implementing and tests IT Cyber security technologies for standard applications; Personal Features Effectiveness in individual work and in the management of team work; Logical and analytical reasoning; Organization and structured method of work.
