The Job:

• Responsible for driving major digital transformation initiatives and projects by conducting market research and developing business cases
• Stay with the latest technology in the market and develop the best practice and digital solutions for the business
• Identify the business needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations to embrace changes and meet the operational challenges
• Oversee and monitor the project effectiveness including timeline, resources allocation and deliverables
• Define, analyze, and communicate product roadmap
• Work closely with internal technical teams and major stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within the designated time frame
• Manage, monitor and report project progress and issues on a regular basis to establish effective governance and control over the entire project

The Person:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 8-10 years of work experience
• Strong experience in product development & management, UX and UI design of digital solutions or mobile device products
• Strong domain knowledge in digital product is a plus
• Experience in Retail preferred
• Demonstrated track record of success across a wide spectrum of product development projects and for a product and/or program launches
• Strong technical, analytical skills and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong team management experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
