Senior ManagerJob Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.Our Design and Innovation team works to develop a positive visual representation of the PwC brand. As part of our team, you’ll be helping the team with brand messaging, creative and strategic design, and innovative design compliance that aligns with the PwC brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative solution team to provide integrate solutions;
- Lead ideation process across visual design, video/animation, copy, and event planning;
- Develop and integrate PwC creative works process to elevate the team’s creative thinking, integration, and problem solving capabilities;
- Set the agenda and manage the standard of delivery across all creative deliverables;
- Stay up to date with the latest industry, creative format and trends, to advise innovative creative solutions for the benefit of PwC brand and business, developing creative offers as appropriate;
- Coach and elevate creative solution team to continuously upskill on a daily basis;
- Head up the creatives team located in China and Hong Kong;
- Identify and qualify potential vendor partners that could work with the firm;
- Work closely with digital and online functional teams within M&C to strengthen integrated deliverables;
- Reporting Line;
- Head of Marketing and Communications, Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in visual design or art;
- Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in creative role;
- Demonstrate leadership, creativity, and innovative experience within advertising field;
- Creative Agency experience is preferred;
- Able to integrate business thinking into creative solution, across traditional and new media territories;
- Experience in managing and leading large teams;
- Strong communications skill and multi-task handling skill in a dynamic working environment;
- Experience in dealing with clients;
- Experience on managing and work with agencies;
- Ability to communicate in English and fluent in Mandarin.
