Monthly closings:
Define monthly closing schedule based on BX closing schedule
Prepare and participate in BX monthly reviews
Ensure reporting in due time and compliant with BX guidelines and country regulations / legislations
Management information and guidance (see 1st key responsibility)
Ensure prognosis accuracy and propose needed actions to general / plant manager
Implement and ensure result driven communication. Propose and follow-up actions from closing results to improve the profitability of operations.
Identify gaps (e.g. budget vs. actual) and ensure countermeasures
Follow-up in PDCA cycles

Ecoplan:
Define country schedule based on BX schedule
Define and organize country reviews
Ensure planning and reporting in due time and compliant with XX guidelines and country regulations / legislations
Management information (see 1st key responsibility)
Implement and ensure result driven communication. Propose and follow-up actions to outperform financial budget targets.
Set ambitious but reachable planning targets in alignment with BX targets or group targets such as balanced scorecard
Set-up of additional internal country targets
Ensure MARS to be correctly and completely reported

Acting as cost center responsible for CO cost center
Ensure continuous improvement for processes and used (ERP) software, especially SAP CO and PS
Establish controlling as value-add organization improving the profitability of local operations and increase the understanding within of controlling’s roles and tasks in the organisation.
Be open minded and always looking for new technologies and concepts to improve efficiency (e.g. lean administration)
Follow-up CO and CO related internal audit findings
