Purpose of the Job / Zweck der Stelle:

• Member of Plant Core Management of ZF CC ZJG(Zhangjiagang) Plant

• Acting as the plant controller ,and manages the Finance & Controlling plant team(general ledger, AP&AR,FA management and Cost/commercial Analysts),as well as the dotlined functions such as GSSO (Global Share Service Organization), ZF ZJG campus finance, campus IT and AP/campus NPM purchasing.

• Co-responsible for further development of the location in consultation with plant manager and the central functions.

• Dot line reporting to MSAP head of controlling.

Leading the plant finance & Controlling team, working closely with MSAP controlling, ZF ZJG campus finance team and GSSO (Global Share Service Organization) to oversee the accounting policy, close, reporting and internal controls , to evaluate, Develop, and Improve Processes, to drive CIS activities and to lead & manage the budgeting/OP process..

In charge of financial analysis and reporting for the business and ensure the financial information is reliable and truthful. Oversees accounting process, coordinate with GSSO to prepare accurate and reliable financial statements in compliance with Chinese GAAP and IFRS

Responsible for the costing of all products, process and functions. Explore any potentials productivity improvement. Work with the management team to achieve improvement in cost effectiveness. Responsible for improving the financial awareness of management team to assist them in understanding the financial status of the company and the action required to improve the financial performance of the business. Take routine and ad hoc financial/operational analysis to support the management’s decision-making process.

Work with the other management team to improve the company’s internal control and risk management in order to protect the company’s assets and as well improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with ZF group policy as Compliance delegated to the plant. Work closely with ZJG campus team to keep compliance with tax regulations and as well initiate strategic taxation plan

Working together with the other management team to improve the working capital management for the plant, and take lead for the business’ cash-flow planning and delivery. Key player and leader to drive the cost reduction activities and VAVE and CIS projects for plant. Leading and driving the company financial related target achievement

6 Budgetplanung und -einhaltung / Budget Planning and Control (Resources)

• Based on ZF planning cycles, the job holder will produce a budget and resources plan for his cost centers and the cost centers of his direct reporting functions for coordination with Plant Manager of CCA5. Through budgetary control and the initiation of measures in response to budget variance, the job holder ensures compliance with variable cost targets and budgets.

• Planning: Medium- to short-term planning perspective (up to 12 months, limited by annual budget horizon, e. g. in projects); monthly review of progress.

• Budget: Leading role in planning the budget of the organizational unit (amount); plans and monitors budget utilization (time, resources).

• The jobholder ensures continuous reviews and improvements of organizational processes in his area of authority, and participates continuous reviews and improvements of organizational processes of whole plant. He/she leads his staff in a goal-directed and motivating manner for attainment of the best-possible results.

• Personnel Management: Disciplinary (direct; also partly indirect). Manages, motivates and develops reporting staff including department managers of his responsible functions. Decides on individual personnel measures in consultation with the Plant Manager.

• The Jobholder is the deputy of Plant Manager; he/she acts as an important member of plant core management CCA5 ZF CC ZJG plant.
