About Human Pharmaceutical Business

• Conduct pre-selection and evaluation of Chinese CROs and identify potential partners to support China Explorer Team activities, in alignment with BI Development outsourcing and qualification strategies
• Identify Chinese CRO capabilities and establish a network of suitable vendors, startups, academia that provide enabling technologies related NCE, NBE and ATMP development
• Act as key contact within global NCE and Biologicals Development on activities, planning and discussion pertaining to interaction with external Chinese partners (e.g. CROs). Ensure and maintain transparency and oversight of outsourcing in China, in collaboration with outsourcing managers within Development functions and Development Third Party Quality Management (DTPQM) for GxP
• Work with BD&L and RBB functions in China and globally regarding new technologies
• Actively manage, or support other interface functions (outside Development) to manage Development work done at Chinese CROs

• Bachelor degree in science with more than 15 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical industry, MS degree with 10+ years
• Excellent project management, interpersonal& communication skills
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Excellent knowledge of international regulatory guidelines and quality standards for human pharmaceuticals
• Preferably have prior experience managing Chinese CROs
• Preferably having oversea experiences, and preferably BI experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking and attitude
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis (ING/BC, US, China)
