Job Description
Tasks:

Executive Support:
• Act as communication channel with all levels of the organization to ensure the efficient operation of CFO office and respond efficiently to all requirements
• Assess enquiries directed to the CFO, determine the proper actions further and provide necessary analysis for CFO’s decision making
• Support CFO in ensuring effective organization governance
• Monitor and analyze the working process on group office level, and provide advice and insights to improve the operational excellence across group office.
• Assist CFO in following up on deliverables assigned
• Coordinate all reporting to the CFO from projects, departments and dealers, prepare pre-meeting briefings, undertake research and ensure actions are completed
Strategic Communication:
• Participate in the strategy formulation and structure
• Communicate the strategic initiatives internally in proper channels
• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives External media communicate to constantly improve company’s strategic image
Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain the high level of trust and accountability across all levels of the organization
• Build good relationship with various stakeholders internally and externally

Requirements:


• University Degree or above in Finance or Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or comparable position in an international environment is a must
• Perfect in English, spoken and written
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Excellent know-how in MS Office, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills, for office management, projects and events
• Experience with social media, e.g. prepare articles, videos, etc. WeChat postings etc.
• Excellent communication skills, great personality, powerful, hardworking, smart, logical thinking
• Compliant attitude, reliable and discreet
• Auditor background of big 4 is an advantage
• Able to deal with multiple issues in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment, with confidence to interact at all levels internally and externally.
• Be swift, accurate, active and supportive.
• High personal integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong team spirit and the ability to integrate well into a dynamic team
• Persistence and assertiveness
• Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in all matters attended to
• Ability to work under tight timelines
