Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree diploma or above.
2.Must be a Native English Speaker.
3.At least 2 years teaching working experiences.
4.IB/ MONTESORRI/ EFL/ EYL/ TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA/ DELTA Teaching Certificate holder preferred.
5.Able to teach any other popular language as a second language is in our priority consideration.
6.In good health, no criminal records.
7.Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool age children.
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for instructional planning, Create original teaching materials.
2.Establish positive learning expectation standards for children.
3.Ensure all English curricula is implemented in the classroom.
4.Provide an immersive English speaking environment throughout the school day.
5.Provide feedback and suggestions to other teachers in regards to success/useful teaching methods.
6.Communicate and cooperate with the Chinese teacher to ensure both parties are on the same page in regards to content
7.Class management, following the indications of the kindergarten.
Remuneration Package:
1.Now the position available for you is:
Head Teacher: monthly salary of 7k to 15k CNY depends on experience and qualification.
Group Leader: monthly salary of 10k to 18k CNY depends on experience and qualification.
(Pls note that above salary is negotiable and before local taxes)
2.Airfare reimbursement and also travelling allowance for full time teacher.
3.Costs for the teacher’s work-related documents (including Foreign Expert Certificate).
4.Monthly accommodation allowance.
5.Pre-job training before the official contract starts.
6.Comprehensive accidental insurance.
7.Paid sick leave and statutory holidays in China.
