Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

• Ensuring that beverage products meet the high quality standard, service are exceptional and personalized to exceed the guest satisfaction
• Finding creative solutions and proactively solving problems in order to meet a the guests’ requests, personalized the service to exceed the guest expectations
• Supporting the F&B department in achieving the target of both division and hotel guest satisfaction target score.
• Standardize and document all cocktail recipes, and ensure product consistency. Research products such as mixers, bar snacks, glassware and more to remain competitive and provide a superior experience for our guests.
• Assisting in Maintain records for inventory, productivity and beverage cost in FB Outlet
• Responsible for manage the inter bar transfer, daily beverage requisitions and menu changes in outlet(wine list and beverage list)
• Be on floor as host of bars, communicate with guests, ascertain guest satisfaction and address guest concerns or problems. Follow through on all guest issues, communicating with upper management.
