Salary Range: 20000 -30000 RMB / month

Language : fluent in English or Chinese
Nationality: Any country, preferably Middle Eastern,Mediterranean country,Indian,Mexican
Skill:
1. Good kitchen service organization/communication skill
2. Familiar with wood fire oven Pizza or bread making
3. Specialized in Mediterranean Cuisine or bread making
4. Control kitchen costing
Task:
1. Seasonally update menu especially for fine/gourmet/creative Pizza and pasta
2. Train a professional kitchen team to maintain food consistency
3. Minimize mistake during service make sure food safety and kitchen hygiene
4. Follow company rules, follow costing of the company and execute accordingly
Experience:
Sous chef or above (operate kitchen independently) for at lease 2 years
