Job Description
1. Responsibilities
- Shop operation; including prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times according to agreed standards and so on;
- Human Resources; including recruitment of all kitchen personnel conduct staff appraisals and provide regular feedback to all kitchen staff manage all aspects of OH&S compliance and so on;
- Leadership : Lead by example, Provide direction and support to all kitchen staff, Organise and implement food service and so on;
- OH&S: Manage and facilitate a safe workplace in accordance with company guidelines, and so on;
- Personal specification: Calm manner and copes well under pressure, sound work ethic and so on;
2. Competencies
Hospitality Management experience in a kitchen operation
Planning and Organisation
- Able to efficiently establish an appropriate course of action to accomplish a goal
- Strong strategic focus
- Ability to prioritise
Management Control
- Able to effectively engage, control and maintain processes, people and tasks

- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
