1.Support customer TDR, convince customer with BCS product expertise;
2.Work to evaluate production RFQ (request for quotation) from sales and make hardware technical proposal, define the product hardware architecture/design concepts to meet RFQ;
3.Lead to finish production concept designs, detailed designs, e.g schematic, layout, electronics BOM, DFMEA...in timely manner and high quality; Organize design review throughout product development for both engineering internal and cross function teams, support DFM activity with supplier;
4.Fully understand QI protocol including communication protocol and charging process;
5.Fully understand DCDC power and buck/boost circuit principle; to use Inductors capacitors to fulfill EMC requirements;
6.Fully understand test requirement from customer, and work together with test engineer for test plan creation, responsible for test failure analysis and providing resolution to improve design;
7.Provide technical support to customer claim/production quality, support quality to do root cause analysis;
8.Lead engineering root cause analysis, develop solutions to design issues;
9.Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by managers/supervisor
