Mission and Purpose

The employee will be located in Audi FBU Guangzhou harbour, under the department of Quality and Technical Services China. As one of the main service unit of QTSC department of Audi China, the FBU Harbour business organizes and manages its process within its harbour sites including Tianjin, Guangzhou and Shanghai, which ensures 100% delivery quality of Audi imported vehicles (FBU) to dealers and supports Audi factories with sustainable problem solutions of technical issues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain process working monitoring list and ensure the correctness of process data basis.
• Place orders for spare parts over Audi factories or domestic auto parts supplies.
• Prepare for harbor internal reports, including daily report, weekly report, monthly report, stock aging report and other special reports assigned by harbour manager.
• Upload and maintain process scanning data.
• Support team members with internal administration issues.
• Translation support between Chinese and English including automotive technical terms, oral communication and documentations
• Accomplish other special project or tasks assigned by harbour manager.

Qualifications

Education Background

• Bachelor degree
• Major in automotive-related area would be preferable.

Professional Skills

• At least 3-years office working experience (preferably automotive related)
• Knowledge about Audi brand vehicles
• Experience in SAP, ETKA, R3 system will have advantage
• Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel, PPT)

Competence Requirements

• Cooperation
• Good communications skills
• Experience in FBU harbour businesses will have advantage

Language Skills

• Expert language skills in Chinese and English
• Fluent German skills would be a plus.
