Job Duties:

• Preventive maintenance of whole club (restaurants, front of house, back of house) for maintains a well condition.
• General painting and surface touch-up work of furniture, decoration, equipment and facilities within the building area.
• Maintain the woodworks, false ceiling, furniture, wallpaper and carpets in the club, public areas and offices are in good condition.
• General carpentry work. 
• Perform any job 
• 為會所進行保養及維修（包括餐廳，前台及後勤地區）以保持良好狀態
• 傢具，裝飾，設備和設施的油漆及修補工作
• 保持會所內的木製品，假天花板，傢具，牆紙及地毯的良好狀況
• 一般木工工作
• 執行上司其他指派的工作

Requirements:

• Related experience in hotel/ club/ hospitality industry is preferable 
• Able to work independently 
• Willing to work shift duties 
• 具有酒店/會所/服務行業相關經驗者優先
• 能獨立工作處理
• 可輪班工作
