岗位概要: Key Performance Area

负责新店设计规范的制定与执行，协调设计与工程项目实施间的问题，管理设计单位的进度、方案标准和完图质量；提供装饰材料的建议、工艺革新，考虑提高店铺布局效率的机会点。参与品牌代际设计概念的开发，跟踪与实施。
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of new store design, solve problems between project design and implementation, control the progress, project standards and drawing quality of design company; Provide suggestions on decoration materials and technological innovation, try to improve the efficiency of store layout. Participate in the development, tracking and implementation of intergenerational design.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

1. 店铺的设计管理，配合开店/翻新计划，指导设计公司完成平面图，外立面效果图，室内效果图以及全套图纸的出具；确认设计方案、设备、沙发面料以及海报的选用；
Shop design management: lead the design company to complete the floor plan, exterior facade effect diagram, interior effect diagram and complete set of drawings according to store opening/renovation plan; confirm the design scheme, equipment, sofa fabric and poster;
2. 提供新店平面图给营运部，QRO和证照部门，并就相关问题进行沟通；
Communicate with the operation department, QRO and license department on the floor plan of new store;
3. 提供新店图纸给下游配合厂商，如家具厂/不锈钢厂/其他；包括新产品的厂家甄选，打样，定样以及核价。Provide new store drawings to downstream cooperating manufacturers, eg. furniture factory, stainless steel factory; Build business with new manufacturers and confirm products’ quality and price;
4. 新店的围档管理，负责审核效果图和提供采购部相关信息；
Shop fence management: Audit the effect drawing and provide purchasing department relevant information;
5. 既有店的事务支持，诸如户外搭建，窗帘订购，海报及家具更换确认，局部小改造；
Shop event support, including outdoor construction, curtain ordering, ornament replacement, partial modification;
6. 店铺设备需求预估以及工程部数据管理，涉及采购以及财务；包括参与新设备的开发，打样以及定样。
Shop equipment estimate and procurement/finance data management; participate in the development and pricing of new equipment;
7. 亚太跨区域合作项目的开发，推进和协调；特别是代际设计概念的全方位落地执行，必要时也需担任工程项目经理。
Development, promotion and coordination of cross-regional cooperation projects, especially the implementation of intergenerational design scheme; work as the project manager if necessary.
8. 拓展和维护设计供应商资源。
Develop and maintain design suppliers.

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
1. 具有很强的建筑/室内装饰设计的专业背景及项目管理经验；
Strong professional background in architectural/interior design and proven experience in project management;
2. 具备良好的语言沟通和文字表达能力;
Strong communication skills;
3. 了解与熟悉连锁品牌设计管理的流程、规范和相关的法律、法规；
Solid understanding of the process, norms and relevant regulations of chain brand design management;
4. 具备管控设计单位进度、跟进工程项目实施与解决设计工艺问题的能力；
Strong capability of project schedule control and problem solving;
5. 熟悉设计程序与软件的运用，较强的方案效果呈现技能。能够与工程经理协作完成各项设计标准、效果评估及工艺分析报告；
Skilled in design software and project effect presentation; cooperate with project manager to complete design standards, effect evaluation and process analysis report;
6. 具有团队合作的能力，与工程/开发/营运等相关部门合作、协调。
Excellent teamwork skills to cooperate with engineering/development/operation departments.
