Job Purpose:

Responsible for product quality assurance in HZ plant, build up quality system and capable QC lab team in the plant to ensure NSP globe quality standard and local regulation compliance in HZ plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up quality management system and assure execution on site to support HZ plant start-up successfully

• Support to build-up NSP China QA lab capability in HZ plant to facilitate raw material/finish product testing and timely release

• Work with China QA manager to support local made strategy.

• Manage relationship with local food governance department, coordinate daily supervision from local government and handle regular government inspection/audit.

• Assure product quality and food safety in HZ plant, investigate product QFS defect cases and drive correction actions implementation.

• Provide quality and food management knowledge training for HZ plant staff periodically

  
  

  Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:

• At least 3-5 years QA/QC working experience at plant in food/pharmaceutical industry.

• Familiar with production quality management process and expertise on lab testing

  knowledge.

• QA lab experience is preferred.
