Make full responsibilities for BQ Hardware Development in China

• Manage the Hardware team in Shenzhen office, by providing structure, processes and

priorities to the team.

• Handle design and manufacturing issues during the development stage of the products

(smartphone, tablets, robots and 3D printers)

• Monitor the project hardware development schedule and manage the hardware proceeding

well.

• Keep fluent communication and coordination among internal team (China and Europe) and

ODM, make sure the hardware design is optimal and helping to improve it.

• Work closely with BQ's Hardware, Mechanical, Software and Development teams in Europe.
• Interact and support other teams during the whole device life-cycle (design, development, and

production).

• Helping to fix product critical issues on time (design, manufacturing process, assembly or

other production issues, as well as RMA issues to happen)

• BQ Hardware knowledge management

Skills for hardware development engineer

• 3-5 years consumer electronics hardware development working experience
• 2 years experience handling technical teams
• Working knowledge of schematics and layout review and improvement.
• Experience in design and analysis of schematics and PCB layout
• Knowledge about smartphone and tablets Camera and Screen manufacturing is desired
• Knowledge about smartphone and tablets PCB SMT is desired
• Advanced level of written/spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor degree and above, major in Electronics or related is preferred.
• Know self-discipline and self-motivated, could work under pressure, Know how to make

progress quickly

• Honest and integrity, willing to pay the responsibility, team-work player
• Mediatek or Qualcomm platform knowledge would be advantageous.
