1、To identify new HSE legal requirements and incorporate them into plant operation.确定新的HSE法律要求，并将其纳入工厂运营。

2、 To execute HSE related trainings.执行与HSE相关的培训。

3、 To execute HSE related monitoring, audit, inspection, and track the defects to be improved. 执行与健康、安全和环境相关的监督、审计、检查，并跟踪缺改进。

4、Assist to establish and manage ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system and other HSE related system. -协助建立和管理ISO14001和OHSAS18001体系及其他与HSE相关的体系

5、 Carry out Behaviour Based Safety to identify/control unsafe behaviour. 执行基于行为的安全措施，以识别/控制不安全行为。

6、 To conduct evaluation, and audit for PPE use, storage, distribution and maintenance. 对个人防护用品的使用、储存、分发和维护进行评估和审计。

7、To handle abnormal case and incident, carry out incident investigation and give corrective & preventive actions.处理异常情况和事件，进行事件调查和预防措施。

8、 Assist to setup and manage HSE related documentations. 协助建立和管理HSE相关文件。

9、 To carry out emergency response preparation and other related concerns. 进行应急响应准备和其他相关问题

10、 Contractors management for zero harm and no fire incident. 零伤害和无火灾事故的承包商管理。

11、 Security guard management for property loss prevention. 财产损失预防的保安管理。

12、 Performs other duties as assigned.履行分配的其他职责

任职资格：

1、Educational: University degree, major in safety/environmental engineering, or other engineering related.大专学历，安全/环境工程或其他相关工程专业。

2、 Experience: At least 2 years experience in manufacturing as HSE role, working in MNC preferred.2年以上制造业工作经验，在跨国公司工作优先。优秀应届生也可考虑。
