• Development of training material and the conduct of training to personnel in the erection, dismantling and inspection/tagging process of scaffoldings per site requirements.
• Verification of Scaffolding Materials compliance to Standards and Codes.
• Review of Scaffolding plans, procedures, specifications and technical design.
• Monitor and inspect Contractor compliance to site requirements, including conduct of random inspections of project scaffolding installations.
• Rerforming collection of materials for destructive testing
• Conducting physical checks to verify scaffold has been erected properly (e.g., tightness checks)
• Periodic audit of Contractor compliance to pre-approved scaffolding procedures.
