Main Responsibility:

• Overall manage the safety team and safety daily job of the company
• Establish,implement and maintain the HSE management system according to the HSE regulation and group policy.
• Lead to identify, assess the hazards and risk and ensure the control measurements in place.
• Develop and implement the safety goal, objective and budget in consistent with business plan.
• Drive implementing the safety continuous improvement process and projects.
• Lead the HSE audit and inspection
• Responsible for the incident investigation and RCA and drive the action plan
• Special work, PTW and contractor management.
• Hazardous chemical and ATEX area management

. Develop, monitor and implement the emergency response management

Qualification:

. Bachelor degree or above of safety, engineering, chemical and mechanical

. More than 8 years experiences in HSE in MNC manufacturer with the factory HSE management experience, in heavy industrial preferred.

. More than 3 years leadership experiences.

. Familiar with relevant laws and regulation and standards of international safety production.

. Familiar with the basic safety process like JSHA, SOP, MOC, risk assessment.
