Job Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1.Plan and implement the HSE program to optimize the P&E customer site HSE management, improve the customer site HSE performance.

策划并实施HSE管理方案以优化客户现场的安全、职业健康、环境保护及消防等方面的管理，提升客户现场的HSE绩效；

2.Coordinate with Maritime Safety Administration and implement the Marine safety regulation to make sure the Marine Scrubber business comply with related requirements in China

与海事局协调并执行海事安全相关的法规以确保船舶业务满足相关的法律法规要求

3.Inspect and evaluate the HSE situation at customer site, stop the related activity and report to project manager in case of any severe violation identified.

检查并评估公司团队在客户现场的安全工作状况，发现严重隐患和违章，有权停止作业，并立即报告上级领导处理；

4.Provide the technical solution for the significant risk at customer site and communicate with customer HSE personnel to define the risk mitigation measures.

对客户现场存在的重大风险提供技术解决方案，并与客户进行沟通采取风险降低措施。

5.Assist Project Manager to develop and review the project HSE plan, review the risk for the machine installation or maintenance shut-down plan, make sure the plan is technically safety for implementation.

协助项目经理编制或审核项目安全生产工作计划，对设备的安装或停机维修作业实施风险审核，确保安装计划或停机计划具备安全实施的条件；

6. Implement and coach the Job Hazard Analysis for the installation, start-up and commissioning, maintenance activities

指导设备安装，设备开机和调试，设备维修等活动中的工作危害分析（JHA），并跟踪检查落实情况

7.Coordinate to develop the safety training material and deliver the training to project team, promote the HSE management for the project team to fulfill the customer requirement and global HSE minimum standards

组织编制安全培训与教育资料，并对项目管理人员和项目班组进行安全培训。以提升公司现场团队的管理水准，达到客户期望和集团最低安全标准

8. Develop the customer site HSE reports and report to customer

编制客户现场业务的工作总结，及时上报各类安全报表。

9. Report and investigate the incident at customer site, implement and follow up the corrective actions

及时上报并调查安全事故，跟踪并实施纠正预防措施。

10. Other tasks arranged by line manager, to be able to travel for 50%

完成上级安排的其他工作，可接受50%的出差比例。

Requirements:

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Project Management or other equivalent majors.

全日制大学本科及以上学历，安全工程、工程管理及相关专业。

2.Minimum 5 years full time HSE experience and 3 years working at construction site or marine related operations. Rich knowledge and experience on risk control and risk mitigation for the non-standard work such as LOTO, JHA, Permit to Work

5年以上专职HSE工作经历，至少3年的施工现场安全管理工作经验，有丰富的安全知识和技能，掌握上锁挂牌， 工作许可, 工作危害分析等安全方法的实施过程和高风险作业管控等安全知识，

3. Good understanding of marine safety and contractor management would be a plus

有丰富的海事安全管理经验和承包商管理经验（加分项）。

4.Strong organizational and communication skills including ability to manage large number of disparate projects and to track projects through completion

优秀的组织及沟通能力，能同时管理大量不同项目并追踪项目完成

5. Fluent verbal English communication is required

良好的英文口语能力

6.Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Certified Safety Engineer, Certified Fire Safety Engineer or country equivalent).

安全领域的专业资格证书，如CSP， CIH， 注册安全工程师，注册消防工程师、企业安全管理人员，企业消防管理人员（常见的，must）等
