Position Summary

• Ensuring LCIE China maintain, implement and improve management systems.

• Ensuring process and procedure meet or exceed client requirements and BVCPS objective.

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the records and status of all equipment and ensure them meet the regulations and requirements of testing business in LCIE China.

• Establish HSE system.

HSE Responsibilities

• Development, implementation & maintenance of HSE management system;

• Follow up HSE requirements from BV Global HSE requirements;

• Complete HSE introduction Training monthly;

• HSE internal audit implementation;

• Fire Drill organization;

• Accident, Incident and near-miss collection, reporting and investigation;

• Collection HSE management system performance for top management review, including recommendations for improvement.

• Monthly Safety checking implementation, preventive action and corrective action for any NC.

• Any newly hazards and impacts should be evaluated and added into the relative risk assessment list.

• Monitoring the HSE status at workplace, like the controlling of hazards and impacts, PPE appropriation, etc.

QHSE

• Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of ADT China

• Be familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001 and other international/national standards .Have the certification of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001.

• 2 working years experience in electrical product tests

• Good command of spoken and written English.
