Employment Branding
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative employee and recruitment marketing and communications programs that bring the employee value proposition to life.
Identify, drive and implement relevant and innovative platforms and media channels to engage specific audiences and implement campaigns based on business unit needs.
Establish and evaluate success metrics for both offline and online branding programs, providing valuable insights and return on investments.
Engage key leaders and/or social influencers to act as Talent Ambassadors (identify, train, support).
Collaborate with the business units and talent acquisition teams to develop and manage relevant recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as digital (social, online advertisements, etc.), print, video, billboards, websites, direct mail, and social media that aim to attract and source quality candidates to meet talent demand.
Support organizational wide recruitment events and programs such as College and Diversity recruitment with scheduling, collateral, frameworks etc.
Support Intern program with marketing, communications, coordination and facilitation of program.
Campus Engagement
Manage and develop the campus recruiting team (2 direct reports), and partner with peer TA segment leaders to develop enterprise execution strategy
Educate and help the business to plan their growth in a realistic way with the support of data
Be the trusted advisor for the enterprise TA group to hiring managers and all hiring partners
Support the Senior Director of Enterprise TA in developing strategic direction, budget planning and new standardized process
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal HR Management, senior leaders, hiring managers, and other key partners in developing new standardized process
Identify external hiring impacts, market talent insights and deliver this to hiring managers in developing campus early career hiring strategies
Lead & execute strategy for talent attraction events for students & early career professionals as well as diversity events where applicable
Develop & execute diversity recruiting strategies that effectively attract and acquire team members from underrepresented communities
Lead the team that is responsible for program management & learning paths for development programs (i.e.: multi-year rotational program, fellowship programs, summer internship programs, thesis/co-op programs, & academic relations, etc.)

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing or related field
A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably overseeing talent brand building and/or campus programs
Experience working within professional services or creative agency (highly desirable)
Deep understanding of and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills
Strong stakeholder management skills - working with senior leaders in Marketing, Communications, Talent Acquisition
Excellent understanding of social media analytics
Demonstrated track record in creating strong employer brands across the entire social message platform
