Job Description / Capsule
- Manage the delivery of HR services across the assigned business areas and act as the face of the business to HR and the face of HR to the business. Lend the HR expertise to business strategy and consulting on a variety of HR functional issues.
- Be responsible for the design, implementation and communication of the company C&B strategy and ensure all of reward programs competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short term performance of the organization.
Typical Accountabilities
HR Business Partnering
- Participate in setting and executing HR strategies & implications against the strategic direction of the business area
- Liaise with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions
- Responsible for managing projects in multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management
- Act as primary point of contact for HR policy issues. Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure
- Help the business make the right decision by balancing business strategy and people strategy
- Build the organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences (e.g., leadership, cross-functional, technical, and global perspective)
- Support business to identify and monitor the organization culture so that it supports the attainment of the company goals and promotes employee satisfaction
Reward management
- Be responsible for the execution of the global compensation & benefits strategy in marketing company by designing local solutions adapted to the business needs and local legal requirements, and consistent with the Company strategy.
- Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of the C&B Global policy at each level of the organization.
- Drive compensation and benefits programs to meet organizational objectives.
- Design, develop and drive the implementation of local benefits policies/programs and ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness through the on-going assessment
- Understand existing compensation plans, programs, policies and procedures (base and variable, short and long term incentive plans, etc.) and streamline and standardize the administration of these through effective processes and tools.
- Maintain knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including the Labor and/or Tax laws, Social Securities, and other applicable regulations; fulfil compliance and reporting requirements.
- Manage annual C&B process, including budget review merit increase, LTI, salary structure recommendation, remuneration and benefit surveys, etc.
- Oversee the management of staff outsourcing service, payroll and benefits vendor relationships, contracts, and bid negotiation.
- Be responsible for managing HR operations, HR system and SHE operation.
- Coordinate with Global HR function and Project Lead to executive the relevant projects for Vietnam
- Deliver other task/ cross-functional projects assigned by manager or company.
- Coach and deliver effect performance to direct and indirect reports creating a supportive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their potential
Ensure activities to comply with Company Code of Ethic and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
