工作职责:
? Work with R&D staffing team on recruitment plan\target and ensure the right strategy of recruitment is in place to attract the best talents.
完成研发团队的年度招聘计划\目标,确保正确地实施招聘策略以吸引到合适的人才
? Conduct job analysis, maintain and update not limited of job de"script"ion through effective communication with hiring department leader to understand the job.
通过高效地与用人部门负责人沟通职位需求,执行职位分析并更新工作说明,但不限于以上工作分析的工作
? Develop for different recruitment channels(domestic and international), select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channels
开发不同的招聘渠道(国内及国外),选择并推荐最有效的招聘渠道
? In charge of HRIS system maintenance, check procedures not limited with employees data update , on boarding and resignation, deliver monthly or annul reports
负责人员信息的系统维护,不限于入职、离职手续的办理,递交月度/年度报表
? Collect, manage the information about labor law, talent market and competitors
收集并知晓劳动法律法规、人才市场及竞争对手的信息
? Cooperate with colleagues from other functions within HR department, share information and resources
与本部门其他职能的同事通力合作,共享信息及资源
? Support campus recruitment program 支持校招项目
任职资格:
? Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical multinational corporation or R&D center
本科及以上学历,至少3年大型医药类、研发类企业招聘相关经验
? Good experience on Data analyst and reporting is preferred
良好的数据汇总分析能力,有reporting相关经验的优先
? Good communication skills both in English & Chinese - verbal and written, master in Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT)
良好的中、英文口语、书写能力,熟悉使用OFFICE软件(Word, Excel, PPT)
? People-oriented and client-focused mindset
