Responsibility:

  • The HRBP will be responsible for one of China’s Commercial team.
  • Develop a strong talent to drive business growth
  • Design and implement key talent development programs to develop stronger talent bench to prepare for the new products launch and fast business growth,,
  • Under the very competitive talent market, to work with the business leadership team to develop fit for purpose and practical colleague engagement and retention program, to reduce the attrition rate ; this includes people manager maturity improvement project, pay competitiveness analysis, career ladder design, cross function project rotation
  • Support leaders to build an engaging and high performing culture for the sales team specially for majority workforce are new generations who are born post 90’ and 85’ and only work for Pfizer for less than 2 years, a lot of communication and education effort that requires HR hands on coaching and support with the leader together
  • Sponsor culture champion team to support business embedding company culture in the changing environment.
  • Coach People Managers to use PfizerVoice Colleague survey to track year-over-year improvement on Culture Index score
  • Employee Relations Management
  • Support leaders for major restructure on employee matters or low performance management as daily operation
  • Drive global standardization, alignment and operational efficiency
  • Work with local other HR Function partners on Local policy design to align with changes in the market or local legislation, in collaboration with COE’s and stakeholders.
  • Drive execution of annual people calendar and daily processes, provide timely and effective coaching to managers on the following HR processes and programs

Requirement:

  • MNC HR management experience in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
  • At least 10+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills – Business English communication skills are a requirement.
  • A proven track record of successful Change Management.
  • Matrix Management.
  • Project Management.
