Our client is a famous unicorn company and has occupied 60% market in the USA. Company now decided to expand its business to China and need a person to help them lead HR team as well as do some localise.

What You'll Do

• Provide global, strategic guidance on people and organizational issues such as employee relations, succession planning, performance management and HR strategic initiatives

• Proactively translate business needs into HR solutions

• Lead and support the execution of HR programs, tools, metrics and analytics

• Manage employee relations issues and conduct effective, objective investigations

• Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, organizational change, performance management, training.)

• Significant hands-on involvement in daily HR activity

• Participate as asked in other ad hoc projects

About You

• 10+ years of human resources experience

• Background reflecting tenure and contribution within a rapidly growing global organization

• Project management skills along with the ability to lead complex projects with multiple partners in a dynamic environment

• Facility as a counselor to executives in a fast-moving environment

• A great business acumen and spreadsheet capability

• Ability to travel

• Adept at Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

• Motivated and able to work independently as well as on a team

• Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions

• Excellent interpersonal skills; transparent, direct, respectful interface

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective problem solving ability

• Fluency in Mandarin and English
