Job Description

Responsibility

  • Report to the GM to  provide all spectrum of  HR and office administration services;
  • Partner with our Department Head to develop an effective HR agenda;
  • handling payroll administration, budget preparation, employee recruitment and retention;
  • HR and administration policies formulation and implementation;
  • Organize training programs and host employee welfare activities; and
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirement

  • Degree holder in HR management.
  • With at least 7 years of all-round HR and administration  experience gained in I.T. sector is preferred;
  • Well versed in MS Office and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under time constrain;
  • Independent, detail-oriented and meticulous;
  • Excellent  communication and inter-personal skills are essential;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken of  English and Mandarin;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer; and
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
