Job Description
Responsibility
- Report to the GM to provide all spectrum of HR and office administration services;
- Partner with our Department Head to develop an effective HR agenda;
- handling payroll administration, budget preparation, employee recruitment and retention;
- HR and administration policies formulation and implementation;
- Organize training programs and host employee welfare activities; and
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.
Requirement
- Degree holder in HR management.
- With at least 7 years of all-round HR and administration experience gained in I.T. sector is preferred;
- Well versed in MS Office and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under time constrain;
- Independent, detail-oriented and meticulous;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential;
- Fluency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer; and
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
