Job Description

This role as HRBP for BU will play an important role in BU-HRBP team to support the HR related work, especially focusing on C&B, performance management, data analysis, system operation and other work. The role will work with BU-HRBP team, BU top management team closely as well as other colleagues in BU.

职责描述:
1. Support for C&B & Performance management work of BU:/支持负责BU薪酬福利,及绩效管理工作, 主要包括如下内容:
― Support HRBP manager to collaborate with cooperate HR COE to handle BU Employment Cost budget and annual merit increase & performance review 协助经理配合HR COE 团队做好年度员工费用预算和年度薪酬计划和方案实施.;
― Support HRBP manager to monitor the annual employee Performance cycle Management including Objective Setting/Performance Appraisal etc. Collaborate and handle special case and detailed explanation. 协助HRBP 经理管理年度员工绩效管理包括目标设定/绩效评估等相关工作 ,协调处理考核异常或投诉情况;
― Support HRBP manager to analysis the budget and appraisal result and regular review data for business decision preparation. 协助经理负责预算及绩效结果的分析评估工作,定期复盘及进行纠正,为领导决策提供信息支持;
― Other C&B related work for BU/其他BU薪酬福利相关工作
2. Support for BU HRBP Monthly report & other related data analysis work/ 支持BU-HRBP月报制作以及其他相关的数据分析工作。
3. Responsible for HR system operation & maintainance of BU(E-HR, Workday, etc.)./ 负责BU相应HR系统的运营操作及维护(E-HR, Workday, 等)
― Process the position creation & management within systems/在系统内负责操作职位创建及管理等
― Initiate & follow the termination process for BU staffs within systems for finalization/在系统中发起并跟进BU员工的离职流程已确保进程完成
― Process the transfer of BU staffs within systems/在系统中操作BU员工的转岗等事宜
― Responsible for other HR system related work for BU/ 负责BU员工其他各项HR系统相关工作
4. Responsible for Employee Profile management of BU / 负责BU员工档案管理及维护
5. Support for BU KT management related work/ 支持协助BU关键人才维护相关工作
6. Support for Project work of BU HRBP /支持协助BU HRBP 各项项目工作
7. Other work assigned/ 其他上级安排的工作

任职要求:
1. Bachelor or above,major in Human Resource will be preferred. / 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业为佳
2. 3-5 Y related working experiences in MNC focusing in HR/ 3-5年以上跨国企业HR工作经验
3. Excellent fresh graduate is welcome/出色的应届毕业生也欢迎应征
4. Excellent command of data analysis & processing ability; Skilled in Microsoft office tools (especially for Excel) / 优秀的数据处理及分析能力,熟练使用 Microsoft Office和公司内部系统 (尤其是Excel能力);
5. Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese/ 良好的中英文听说读写能力;
6. Good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills with affinity./ 沟通流畅且,逻辑性强;
7. Qualified team player and be able to work under pressure/ 具有良好的团队协作及抗压能力;
8. Strong interpersonal skills, good at interact with different levels of people, with a sense of internal customer focus,/ 较强的人际关系处理能力,能与各类人群良好沟通,同时有较强的内部客户导向;
9. Conscientious and mature in daily work, particularly in dealing with sensitive or confidential issues/日常工作中认真负责,尤其是在处理敏感或机密工作时,保持成熟稳重;
10. High level of initiative and able to work independently and reliably/ 具备高主动性,能可靠得独立开展工作;
