工作内容:
1. 招聘与人员配置
Responsible for the recruitment job to ensure the headcount reasonable and correct for each department
Operate the full cycle of the recruiting job, including sourcing, candidates selection, interview, evaluation, offering and reference checking, medical check arrangement to ensure effective manpower utilization
Update job description manual to ensure complying with corporate strategy and system
Be responsible for the on boarding& off-boarding process.
2. 薪资福利
Process monthly payroll、quarterly sales bonus & ensure accuracy
Process the monthly changes of social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance & ensure accuracy
Design, implementation & management of total compensation and benefits structure to ensure SHVC competitive positioning in the lubricating oil Industry
3. 培训与人才发展
Conduct the orientation training for new employees, ensure each employee has an appropriate training & development programs in place
Organize and assist professional training for each department within the budget when necessary
Work with general manager department head to establish Competency Model.
Continually review POPSA every week; provide quarterly quality report.
Launch Mentor program if needed
4. 公司规章制度的制订、修改及执行
Review the Employee Handbook to ensure the HR policies meet with local statutory regulations
Design or improve HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure that HR processes are consistent in line with the government laws and regulations as well as company business requirement
Ensure the transparency, clarity and well understanding of every new policies, processes and practices among all employees
5. 绩效评估
Conduct proper assessment and selection of potential employees
Conduct the probation evaluation
Responsible for performance management implementation to ensure the system is fair & reasonable
6. 员工关系及沟通
Facilitate positive employee relations & dealing with grievances & discipline in an expeditious manner
Dealing with the labor arbitration and ensure each case will be properly solved
Motivate and foster team building within and between departments to encourage co-operations
Communicate with staff on corporate & departmental matter to ensure employees are aware of leadership initiatives and business activities
Organize the company activities such as outing, sports, annual dinner etc.
Work closely with Cummins team on HSE, CR
7. 与母公司的沟通与联络
Submit the monthly reports to the two parent companies on request.
Establish good relationship with HR team of Parent Company
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先
2、5年以上人力资源工作经验,石油化工行业优先
3、拥有较好的人力资源知识储备,熟悉人力资源工作方法及流程,了解招聘、培训、企业文化、绩效管理、薪资设计等各模块
4、优秀的自我驱动能力、沟通能力和解决问题的能力
5、有较强的业务分析能力,能从组织发展的角度,及时发现问题并制定相应的解决方案
6、坦诚踏实,认真细心。
