岗位职责:
  • HR business support to related Business Units
  • Employee relationship maintenance and fully communication
  • Ensure compliance with local legal regulation
  • Support headcount forecast, budget and organization development plan.
  • Hiring strategies involvement and candidate’s pool building. Ensure high talent recruitment in efficient way. Support hiring and offer negotiation.
  • Support development system and continue improvement, including development plan, agreement, process, and evaluation. Work with department managers to perform TNA, develop training schedules, organize and track training of employees
  • To support BU and GPO on leadership and talent development plan
  • Prepare and ensure HR costs are maintained within budget
  • Undertake the annual performance management exercise and ensure smooth implementation of the full performance process cycle
  • Propose annual merit increase, bonus plan
  • Maintain employee discipline and workplace harmony, handle employee relation issues, grievances and counseling on work-related problems
  • Work closely with HR shared service center on HR operation and administration support
  • Other tasks assigned by reporting Manager
任职资格:
  • Education & Academic Qualifications:Bachelor degree in HR, or relevant major;
  • Working Experiences:8+ years of HR function working experience; 5 + years of HR BP or HR Generalist working experience
  • Hard Skills:
1.Familiar with the HR related regulation and law in China region
2.Various HR system knowledge and proficient practice
3.Well organized, logical thinking, service oriented
4.Decision making.
