Job Description

Key responsibilities


  • Be responsible for implementing overall HR policy and regulations, SOPs into the business growth to ensure the integration and consistency so as to ensure the core value/company culture well explained and appreciated;

  • Be responsible for closely working with business managers to improve organization capability and employee effectiveness to support achievement of business goal and strategies;


  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services together with HR team, including recruitment, C&B, learning & development, employee relationship management. Act as liaison between the supported divisions and shared HR services, communicate and gather support from other HR functions with their expertise;


  • Based on deep understanding of business, monitor the organization chart, provide information and advices to senior management and HR team;


  • Assist talent development and key talents pipeline, including new people acquisition, integration, key talents tracking, people developing, etc;


  • Responsible for analyzing training needs of divisions, propose and conduct training plan together with HR team to improve the capability and performance of employees in the division;


  • Propose, communicate and explain our C&B policy and related projects together with HR team, including compensation structure, bonus, benefits, housing, social insurance, etc.;


  • Responsible for employee relationship management, including employee satisfaction, engagement and leaving;


  • Under the instruction of HRD be responsible for working closely with HR functional team, to implement the other effective HR program into BU to support its business operation;

  • Other projects assigned by HRD.


Requirements


  • Bachelor degree, master degree will be preferred;

  • Major in HR management, law, administration management, phycology, sociology, organizational behavior management;


  • At least 8 working years in HR, including 3 years similar position working experience with high potential. Solid HR knowledge OD, L&D related experience is preferred;

  • Good experienced in overall HR functions;


  • Excellent communication, presentation and personnel interaction;

  • Strong leadership, proactive and good initiates, be able to bring influence;

  • Fast learning abilities and capable to find risk/rooms for improvement and able to propose solution;

  • Good sense of project management and time management;

  • Result-oriented and hard-working;

  • Excellent team work.
