Job description:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner for AKKA China, your job consists in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and in getting Chinese engineering talent on board by building a pipeline of exceptional candidates:

• Implement strategic & innovative sourcing strategies to attract and select the best candidates available in the market (end-to-end recruitment),
• Serve as a go-between for candidates and recruiting specialists / hiring managers,

• Assist the members of the team in all recruitment activities.

At the end of the internship and depending on your performance, you might be offered a full-time position in the recruitment team.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree or Master's degree, ideally in business management or HR
• Demonstrated interest in the IT industry, automotive industry and / or aerospace industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Chinese - native, English - fluent level
