Responsibilities

6-month contractor role

• Supporting HR activities including Recruiting, Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development as well as Internal Communication.

• Implement HR strategy in accordance with the defined targets made by the HR manager to guarantee the contribution of personnel policy to the company's success.

• Supporting C&B on Compensation management, like compensation package definition, special payment, incentive agreement, social insurance transfer, etc.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• 1 year plus working experience in the HR field with foreign-invested companies ;

• Good command of English in both written and spoken;;

• In-depth knowledge of the local labor laws and regulations;

• Good PC skills of MS-office suites, email and etc.
