Responsibilities
6-month contractor role
Supporting HR activities including Recruiting, Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development as well as Internal Communication.
Implement HR strategy in accordance with the defined targets made by the HR manager to guarantee the contribution of personnel policy to the company's success.
Supporting C&B on Compensation management, like compensation package definition, special payment, incentive agreement, social insurance transfer, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above;
1 year plus working experience in the HR field with foreign-invested companies ;
Good command of English in both written and spoken;;
In-depth knowledge of the local labor laws and regulations;
Good PC skills of MS-office suites, email and etc.
