Responsibilities

• For foreigners and employees from HongKong Macau Taiwan, maintain onboard/offboard process and be responsible for applying work permit and residence permit through communications with vendors and expats
• Assists new graduates and employees who had international education background to apply for Shanghai Hukou
• Supporting on non-Shanghainese residence permit application and Hukou transformation
• Take actions on affairs and activities of the Communists Party in company
• Other HR related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ years MNC working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential
• Sense of Responsibility and confidentiality
• Quick, smart learner and team work player
• Understanding of basic HR management knowledge
• Good at office software management such as excel, PPT
