Job Description

Human Resources Supports:
1.Be in charge of recruitment activities inclduing job advertisement posting, liase with external recutiment firms
e.g. FESCO, conduct interviews and follow interview results.
2.Act as an interface of Harting China general recruitment email account and manage the appropriate response
and distribution.
3. Coordinate employee check-in / check-out process, prepare orientation packages to new joiners.
4. Manage training activities including the training needs define, training plan formulating, organize the training
activities as per training plan and maintenance of training database, etc.
5. Organizing employees and HR activities and events e.g. annual dinner, celebration events, etc.
Others:
1.Support HR projects implementation
2. Support other personnel and administrative related ad-hoc projects
3. Assist to monitor all administrative services and ensure that they are running smoothly and effectively

Education and professional knowledge:
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent, majoring in Human Resources, Business or Commerce related discipline will be
a plus
2.Minimum 5 years experience of recruitment and training experience in foreign companies. Experience of office
admin is a plus.
3.Strong communication/people skills is required
4.Must be energetic, efficient, responsible, quick learner & self-motivated
5.Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
6.Fluent in speaking and writing of English and Chineses
