Description:

• Support HR BP in overall HR accountabilities: talent acquisition & development, performance management, etc. Well understand and command general HR policy & process to manage daily HR topics.

• Fully involved in key HR projects and local initiatives to implement FCM China HR strategies.

• Work closely with business team to support their demands.

Qualifications:

• Master degree is preferred, major in HR, accounting, management and other related directions.

• Understand HR basic concepts and functions, better to have HR internship and trainee experience in multinational companies.

• Fluent oral & written English.
