Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across Human Resouces fields, which cover but not limit to areas of Talent Requisition, Learning Development, Total Rewards and other functions in the company.
1. Be responsible for routine personnel management, including but not limited to SAP HR data update, onboard/exit process, attendance/payroll management, labor contract renew, and performance appraisal, etc.
2. Assist HR Manager on talent acquisition, selecting the right candidate, arranging the interview and conducting necessary reference check.
3. As training coordinator, well organize and follow up the training activities based on the annual training plan. Collect the feedback and evaluate the training effectiveness.
4. Take full responsibilities on admin management, including but not limited to housekeeping, courier, visitor reception, office supplies, shuttle bus and guards, to ensure all of them operate in an efficient, safe and economical way through feasible procedures, daily monitoring, satisfaction questionnaire and continuous improvement as well.
5. Be responsible for application and registration of necessary certifications.
6. Organizing meetings and events, like outing, Family Day, and Annual Dinner etc.
7. Enhance communications with all levels, figure out the areas for improvement, propose the solution and deliver better performance on HR/Admin field.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master Degree.
2. Proficiency in English is a must.
3. Organization and coordination skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizing skills.
5. Strong sense of responsibility.
